Foreigners should register in the following cases:
- If you came to Mongolia with a residence permit and a visa of the appropriate category
- The citizen with a visa for more than 30 days
- According to an International Agreement, a citizen of a country traveling to Mongolia without a visa for up to 90 days for more than 30 days must register within 7 working days from the date of arrival.
